About Us
Eric started into the lawn maintenance business at the age of 12. Encouraged by his father with a fantastic work ethic, he was driven to be an entrepreneur from a young age. His father, Ed, has always demonstrated the importance of customer service, while ensuring great customer satisfaction.
Eric admired his father’s great work ethic. In high school he had 3 vehicles, 2 of which were used to run the lawn business. He would maintain yards after school and on weekends. During the same time, he took an interest in cooking.
Eric has enjoyed cooking throughout his life and thanks to his mother, Maria, who continues to be a wonderful cook, has taught Eric so much in the kitchen. Because of his mother, he started a catering business called “Eric’s Comida Mexicana” catering to car dealerships on the weekends and taking orders from customers and delivering dozens of burritos, tacos, salsa, and breakfast burritos.
In his personal time, he enjoys being with his beautiful family, watching various concerts, going to see movies, golfing, bowling, and learning to play new music on various musical instruments.

Landscape Design & Installation
Our mission is to exceed our client’s expectations with landscape designs and installations that solve problems and offer decorative appeal. Our landscapes are installed with the highest quality of service, workmanship, products, and plant materials to enhance the beauty and value of every customer’s property. We have over 30 years of experience, knowledge, and passion for the work.
Landscape Maintenance
The dead foliage left behind from the dormancy of all perennials flowers and perennial grasses such as dwarf maiden grass. Will be cut back to near the ground. Pick up all debris from bed areas left behind from cutting them back. The new foliage will emerge from the roots of the plant in the Spring of each season. It’s important this task is done at the right time of the season so your plants look nice and healthy for the new season.
Lawn Maintenance
We offer a six application program for your yard. This process helps keep your yard in the best condition for the entire season. These applications are designed to help fertilize for healthy growth, prevent and kill weeds, and help prevent and control pests that damage your lawn. For the best results it is recommended that all of the following rounds be watered in right after application with exception of Round 2 which is a liquid application.
Sprinkler Maintenance
we are performing any of the services (Start up, System Check, Winterization) we will automatically make any repairs to the basic components of your sprinkler system (heads, valves, leaks) that can be completed within 1 hour at your property over and above the allotted time for the scheduled maintenance service. Any remaining repairs that exceed the 1st hour, we will estimate the labor and part costs remaining to finish the repairs. The estimate will then have to be approved and rescheduled for completion.
Sprinkler Repairs & Upgrades
Our systems are uniquely designed around your property’s needs, your goals, and for user friendly operation. We install with Hunter or Rain Bird products giving you a system that is built to last. Our irrigation systems are built with Hunter or Rain Bird products to ensure your system is installed with products built to last. Give your lawn, landscape, and garden the water it needs to thrive, give yourself the gift of freedom. We strive to give everyone 3 choices to help you make a decision easier that fits your budget.
Snow & Ice Maintenance
The removal of snow and ice from the specified parking lots and walkways of businesses and residential areas will occur when the snow fall reaches an accumulation of 2″. Snow will be plowed to the outer perimeters of the areas specified. We will apply deicer in all of the following situations automatically: Snowfall has ended with 0-1″ accumulation, when plowing has been completed, if an additional 2″ of accumulation is expected when done plowing we will only apply salt to the drive lanes of parking lot.
